- Telegram — optional service notifications sent to staff channels. No subscriber personal data is included in notification content beyond reference numbers

12. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Internet service subscriptions require the account holder to be at least 18 years old or to have a parent or guardian co-sign the service agreement.
